As I had mentioned in a previous post, today we're going to try mass-calling Tom Carper's office, as he seems to be the second softest senator (gotta love alliteration) on the issue of Social Security Protection.  I expect this will be a much lower key effort than "Call Joe Lieberman Day", but that's OK, because Carper is probably more malleable than Jiltin' Joe anyway.  Still, thanks everybody who is going to do this, and I appreciate all the support the blogosphere gave the first event, at the prodding of some no-name Mydd diarist.   You guys rock.
